VP OF BROKERAGE
JW obtained his Real Estate license in 1973 and his Broker’s license in 1975. He has been involved in Brokerage Ownership and Management since 1978 and owned his own brokerage before joining RE/MAX in 1989. He also owned and operated his own RE/MAX franchise before joining senior management of other RE/MAX offices and became CEO of one of the larger RE/MAX franchises in the area in 2012. He has ran a very successful mentorship program for most of the offices he has been a part of and has provided Brokerage support for many agents throughout the years. In late 2019, he joined Realty ONE Group Capital as VP of Brokerage and continues to contribute tremendously to the growth of the company and our agents.
VP of Growth
Debbie started her Real Estate Business in 1995 and was a PWAR Top Producer from 1997 to 2005. She has owned, managed and operated five Keller Williams offices for which she received the Keller Williams Launch of the Year award. She was the Regional Director for KW Maryland/DC until December of 2011. She has served as Team Leader/CEO for numerous KW offices in the region and grew an office from 81 agents to 250 in 2.5 years and increased profits by over 182%. She owned and Operated her own brokerage in Clifton VA until Dec 2020 when She joined Realty ONE Group Capital as VP of Growth. She is also a member of NVAR Board of Directors.
VP of ONELuxe
Luxury is a level of attention given to those who expect unique properties and extraordinary service. John has worked in the luxury real estate market for over 10 Years, specifically in DC, New York, London and Paris with High-Net-Worth Individuals from the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to Real Estate, John worked in Finance and Private Banking in London, Geneva and Monaco and this has helped him to greatly understand the needs of High-Net-Worth clientele and their demand for trophy assets and impeccable service. John earned his MBA from American University in Washington DC and his Bachelors of Science degree from Georgetown University. He is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Certified International Property Specialist. John has lived in Paris, London and currently resides in Washington DC. John will serve as our VP of ONE Luxe DC, a Division of Realty ONE Group Capital and will offer a fresh and dynamic alternative to the Luxury and High Net Worth Clientele. His goal is grow the luxury segment of ROG Capital.
VP of Education
Education is a commitment to growth. Tamara was licensed in 1997 and earned her Associate Broker's license in 2006. For the past 24 years, She has made a commitment to learning while building her real estate business. As a RE/MAX agent for 15 years, She achieved the 100% Club and the Platinum Club status multiple years, and earned her place in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is a Certified Residential Specialist and served as the regional representative for the Northern Virginia Chapter. Currently, She serves on the Grievance Committee and Education Advisory Group of NVAR, and on the Economic Advisory Group of VAR. Networking, learning, and building relationships with agents statewide and across the country, has taught her that there's more than one way to be successful. She is excited to teach, train, and support the agents of Realty ONE Group Capital and to help them reach their full potential.
VP of operations
Cam obtained his real estate license in 2003 and his Broker’s license in 2009. He has been a forerunner in consumer needs and interests in Real Estate and Finance for almost 20 years. He owned and operated a small brokerage firm in Northern Virginia where he developed the skills of management, project planning as well as developing and maintaining client relations. He also owned and managed 5 RE/MAX franchises in the VA/DC/MD area which he grew from 6 agents to 147 agents. He was fortunate enough to be part of the team that has brought and introduced the Realty ONE Group International brand to the Mid-Atlantic Market and currently serve as VP of Operations for the Realty ONE Group Capital Offices. He currently operates 2 offices in Northern Virginia with licenses in VA/DC/MD and WV with plans to expand rapidly over the next few years. VAR.
