Debbie started her Real Estate Business in 1995 and was a PWAR Top Producer from 1997 to 2005. She has owned, managed and operated five Keller Williams offices for which she received the Keller Williams Launch of the Year award. She was the Regional Director for KW Maryland/DC until December of 2011. She has served as Team Leader/CEO for numerous KW offices in the region and grew an office from 81 agents to 250 in 2.5 years and increased profits by over 182%. She owned and Operated her own brokerage in Clifton VA until Dec 2020 when She joined Realty ONE Group Capital as VP of Growth. She is also a member of NVAR Board of Directors.
John Akhavan

Luxury is a level of attention given to those who expect unique properties and extraordinary service. John has worked in the luxury real estate market for over 10 Years, specifically in DC, New York, London and Paris with High-Net-Worth Individuals from the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to Real Estate, John worked in Finance and Private Banking in London, Geneva and Monaco and this has helped him to greatly understand the needs of High-Net-Worth clientele and their demand for trophy assets and impeccable service. John earned his MBA from American University in Washington DC and his Bachelors of Science degree from Georgetown University. He is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Certified International Property Specialist. John has lived in Paris, London and currently resides in Washington DC. John will serve as our VP of ONE Luxe DC, a Division of Realty ONE Group Capital and will offer a fresh and dynamic alternative to the Luxury and High Net Worth Clientele. His goal is grow the luxury segment of ROG Capital.
Yazka Allen

Yaztka Allen epitomizes energy, integrity, hard work and creative real estate in every aspect of the transaction. She is a native of the Northern Virginia area where she currently resides with her family. Yaztka started her sales habit at the age of 14 selling a national newspaper to local Northern Virginia families. She has continued rising early and since then built a successful career in real estate for over 16 years. Yaztka has become an industry leader in the Virginia market. She has worked in every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers, investors and banks, in both the residential and commercial markets. She now owns one of the fastest growing teams serving Northern Virginia and the Hampton Roads Area. Yaztka strives to new levels to expand her impact on the real estate industry and community. Yaztka is currently the Vice President Of Growth/Managing Partner of Realty One Group Loudoun County.
Cameron Nikkhah
Director of Operations
Cam obtained his real estate license in 2003 and his Broker’s license in 2009. He has been a forerunner in consumer needs and interests in Real Estate and Finance for almost 20 years. He owned and operated a small brokerage firm in Northern Virginia where he developed the skills of management, project planning as well as developing and maintaining client relations. He also owned and managed 5 RE/MAX franchises in the VA/DC/MD area which he grew from 6 agents to 147 agents. He was fortunate enough to be part of the team that has brought and introduced the Realty ONE Group International brand to the Mid-Atlantic Market and currently serve as VP of Operations for the Realty ONE Group Capital Offices. He currently operates 2 offices in Northern Virginia with licenses in VA/DC/MD and WV with plans to expand rapidly over the next few years. VAR. Networking, learning, and building relationships with agents statewide and across the country, has taught me that there's more than one way to be successful. I'm excited to teach, train, and support the agents of Realty One Group Capital and to help them reach their full potential.

She has achieved the highly coveted NVAR Top Producer (2021, 2020, 2019, 2018) and Multi-Million Dollar Award (2017). Her mission has always been to make each transaction a smooth and happy ONE, while negotiating the best deal for her clients. She has used her experience to mentor and coach other agents in the industry. She also runs a successful Vlog @ EatShopLiveNOVA. The real estate industry is something she loves. We are excited to have her help us in growing our brand and continue to change Agents’ lives with our unique Tech Platform, Coaching, Coolture and our highly desirable commission structures.
